what actually leaves this tab: the domain you inspect is sent to two public lookup services — Google's DNS-over-HTTPS resolver and crt.sh's certificate-transparency search — to check whether it resolves and how old its certificate is. Both are passive public records lookups, not scans of the target site itself. Nothing is sent anywhere else. The chat model runs locally in your browser via WebGPU after a one-time download; that download is cached by your browser (not by this page) so it isn't re-fetched every visit — you can clear it from your browser's site data at any time.
